Datahead Pricing Structure

 

At Datahead, we keep the pricing really simple and prefer to be open about it. Our competitors will charge you more, and quite possibly for subpar services. We keep pricing fair and are able to do so because of minimal overhead that we don't need to pass on to the customer. Our competitors will charge you anywhere from $175-250/hour. But we offer a very fair hourly price. And although tech consulting hour rates can be intimidating, especially to a residential client, keep in mind that a true professional is able to solve problems efficiently, which will always save the customer a lot in the end. The goal at Datahead is to get the work done quickly but properly, without breaking the customer's bank.

 

 

 

 

Standard Hourly Cost

 

Our standard hourly rate is $125. 

 

For the first hour, the cost will be $125 even if the work is complete before an hour has passed. Increments of no less than 1/2 hour will be charged following the first hour. Hours to complete a job will be estimated and communicated before the work even starts.

 

 

Hardware and Materials

 

$0 upcharge. We do NOT upcharge for any hardware or materials. Although our competitors do upcharge for all hardware and materials. At Datahead, you pay only the exact cost of hardware and materials, not a cent more. We aren't going to nickle and dime you, on principle. All hardware and materials needed will be thoroughly discussed and approved with you, with no surprises ever.

 

 

Flat Fee Work

 

Currently we offer one flat fee service of $300 for custom PC builds. This includes system design, construction, and OS setup. Hardware costs will vary depending on needs and will be discussed in depth with you. If you would like further assistance getting the machine setup at home or the office, regular hourly charges apply.
